Air Conditioned/dehumidified closets are specifically designed within a large, air conditioned, clean and well lighted building.  The building is subdivided into closets which you will use as adjuncts to your home, as well as storage.  Closets are constructed of cyclone fencing which allows the air to circulate, thus creating an atmosphere within your closet that is comparable to a centrally air conditioned home.  Platform carts are provided to unload your items and move them easily to your closet.  The building has an electronic security system as well as being digitally monitored.  All activity is monitored and tenants sign in and out.  Pest control is preformed once monthly as well as daily cleaning. The building is safe and clean atmosphere to store your belongings.

Non-conditioned closet is also located within a large building which is clean and well lighted.  The building is subdivided into closets using CDX plywood.  Closet ceiling are left open to provide circulation.  These buildings are cleaned daily and monthly pest control is also performed.  In addition, digital camera monitoring is also preformed on these buildings.

Garage space units are 24 hour accessible spaces with roll up door access.   Each unit has road access and is monitored digitally by cameras.

U-Pack portable storage units are 8 x 20 shipping containers designed to hold no more than 5000 lbs.  These units are moved over the road and placed on your site by our roll back truck.  Each unit is all steel construction, weather proof, ventilated with full width access doors.  Units are stored on your site or ours.
